In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lk97" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at lk97.org, including all associated services, games, tools, and features made available to registered users.
• "Platform" means the lk97 website, mobile interface, and any applications or progressive web app through which lk97 services are delivered.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on lk97 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on lk97, used to access all real-money gaming features.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited PKR funds held in a Player's lk97 account that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by lk97 that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as real money.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other outcome available on the lk97 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process lk97 requires all Players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all transactions on the lk97 Platform.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the policies and procedures lk97 applies to detect and prevent financial crime on the Platform.

By accessing the lk97 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published separately on lk97, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and game-specific rules.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the lk97 Platform and must not register an Account. lk97 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on lk97, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lk97 strictly prohibits access by any person under 21. Age is verified during the KYC process through submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons may not register an Account on lk97.
• You must register only one Account. Operating more than one lk97 account — whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be accessing lk97 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law in a manner that makes your participation unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of lk97 or its technology and payments partners.

lk97 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lk97 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. lk97 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

• You must notify lk97 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, a compromised password, or any suspicious activity on your balance or transaction history.
• lk97 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. This feature is available free of charge to all registered Players.
• lk97 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain password security, unless such access was caused by lk97's own negligence or system fault.
• All activity conducted through your Account credentials is deemed to have been performed by you and you shall be responsible for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals carried out through your Account.

lk97 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the lk97 Platform:

• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are displayed in the lk97 cashier.
• The minimum deposit amount at lk97 is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. lk97 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an Account review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified Accounts. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within the same business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals generally complete within 10 minutes during standard processing hours (09:00–22:00 PKT).
• lk97 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where AML checks require further verification.
• lk97 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lk97 bears no responsibility.

lk97 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have fully completed the lk97 registration process and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real money balance is exhausted unless otherwise stated. lk97 reserves the right to determine the order in which funds are applied to wagers.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or claimed by a Player who has previously claimed the same promotion type.
• lk97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a Player is mid-wagering on a bonus and the promotion is withdrawn, any pending wagering requirement remains enforceable.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.

All casino games available on the lk97 Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, table games, keno, and exclusive titles such as Monster Mine — are governed by the following general rules:

• All lk97 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game round, lk97's technical logs constitute the authoritative record of the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a fault, the wager will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• lk97 reserves the right to void any game round where there is evidence of technical error, software fault, or where a game has been offered with incorrect paytable information due to an error.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Players may not place wagers outside these limits.

The lk97 sportsbook covers cricket (PSL, ICC events, bilateral series), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on lk97:

• All odds displayed on lk97 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet slip is accepted constitute the settled odds for that wager.
• lk97 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any sports bet at its discretion, including where suspicious betting patterns are detected or where market integrity concerns apply.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at the point of the triggering event. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred — whether due to technical delay or otherwise — may be voided by lk97.
• Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, lk97 will settle affected bets according to the official result if one is declared within 72 hours. Where no official result is declared within this period, all bets on the event will be refunded at the original stake.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be issued. A void selection in an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining selections at adjusted odds.
• lk97 cricket betting markets — including PSL match winner, top batsman, total sixes, and over-by-over spreads — are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lk97 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or using another person's identification documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with lk97 games or the sportsbook.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated betting to exploit market prices.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Players who discover an error must report it to lk97 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the lk97 Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to lk97 through your payment provider without first raising the matter with lk97 support and going through the lk97 dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lk97 staff, support agents, or other Players through any lk97 communication channel.
• Accessing the lk97 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent any geographic or account restriction imposed by lk97.

lk97 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all Players as part of its KYC obligations. The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). The CNIC must show your full legal name, photograph, date of birth, and CNIC number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter showing your name and residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name, or a bank statement for bank transfer deposits, confirming that the funding source belongs to you.

KYC documents must be submitted through the lk97 Account verification portal. lk97 processes KYC submissions within 1–2 business days. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. lk97 may request updated documentation at any time where account activity or AML policies require re-verification.

lk97 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible free of charge from within your lk97 Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your lk97 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, lk97 will prevent further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your lk97 Account for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from lk97. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period and cannot be lifted by contacting support.

lk97 does not permit Players who are under self-exclusion to create new Accounts. Any Account found to have been created by a self-excluded Player will be immediately closed and all funds returned. lk97 strongly encourages any Player experiencing difficulty with gambling to make use of these tools and to seek professional support.

All content on the lk97 Platform — including but not limited to the lk97 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of lk97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any lk97 content without prior written authorisation from lk97.
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. Any use of such content outside the lk97 Platform is subject to the relevant supplier's terms.
• The lk97 name and logo may not be used in any marketing, promotional, social media, or commercial material without express written permission from lk97.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lk97 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the lk97 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the lk97 Platform, whether caused by maintenance, technical fault, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond lk97's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or game information where such inaccuracy arose from a technical error or data feed fault, and where lk97 has voided the affected wagers and refunded stakes in accordance with these Terms.

Where lk97's liability cannot be excluded by law, lk97's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lk97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to lk97 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• lk97 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, device and session data, and gaming activity records.
• Your data is used for Account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and to communicate with you about your Account and lk97 promotions where you have opted in.
• lk97 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment providers, KYC verification partners, and gaming compliance authorities where required by law.

lk97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lk97 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the lk97 Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate update is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review the lk97 Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the lk97 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the lk97 Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, withdrawal processing, or Account actions, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint to the lk97 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game round references. lk97 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the support level within 5 business days, you may escalate it to the lk97 compliance team by requesting a formal review. The compliance team will investigate and issue a written determination within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: lk97's written determination constitutes the platform's final decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus terms, and Platform rules. lk97's determination on these matters is binding.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations as applicable to lk97's operational jurisdiction. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.
